WORKSHOP LIST
Our Specialist Workshops are designed to inspire athletes of all ages through focused skill development, creative movement, and high-energy fun. Held regularly throughout the year at Dimensions Leisure Centre in Stoke-on-Trent, these workshops range from tumbling and aerial skills to parkour-inspired play and parent–child movement sessions. Whether athletes are building confidence, refining technique, or simply enjoying movement in a supportive environment, our workshops offer something for everyone.

Aerials - Side & Front
Take your cartwheel airborne. One of our most popular workshops. Our "Aerials Workshops" are a skill specific session designed for athletes wanting to master drills and skills needed for front and side aerials. Learn how to generate lift, tighten form and land with control - all without using your hands.
Ages: 7 - 15 years
Athletes must be able to perform a one handed cartwheel in order to attend.
Flicks & Handsprings
Turn power into flight. Another of our most in-demand workshops, our Handsprings Workshop is a skill specific session designed for athletes ready to develop strong, confident front and back handsprings. Athletes will learn proper takeoff mechanics, blocking through the shoulders, tight body positions, and safe, controlled landings. This workshop focuses on building power, technique, and consistency—laying the foundation for more advanced tumbling skills.
Ages: 7 – 15 years
Athletes must be able to perform a backwards walkover or a solid bridge kickover.



Kickovers & Walkovers
Build flexibility into powerful movement. One of our foundational workshops, our Kickovers & Walkovers Workshop is a skill-specific session designed for athletes wanting to develop strong, confident bridge kickovers, front walkovers, and back walkovers. Athletes will focus on flexibility, body alignment, shoulder strength, and smooth weight transfer to create controlled, fluid movement through each skill.
Once mastered allows progression through to our handsprings workshop.
Ages: 5 – 12 years

Somersaults & Layouts
Turn momentum into rotation. One of our exciting skill-focused workshops, our Somersaults & Layouts Workshop is designed for athletes looking to build and refine front and back somersaults and layouts. Athletes will focus on proper takeoff, core engagement, body tension, and air awareness to achieve clean rotation and strong, controlled landings. This workshop emphasizes safe progressions and drills to help athletes advance their tumbling with confidence.
Ages: 7 – 15 years
Athletes must be able to demonstrate a forward & backward roll and have a strong rebound and basic tumbling control (such as a round-off).


Ninja & Superhero
Jump, climb, and conquer. Our Ninja & Superhero Workshop is a high-energy, imagination-fueled session that blends parkour-inspired movement, obstacle challenges, and creative play. Athletes will run, vault, climb, swing, and roll through fun courses designed to build strength, agility, coordination, and confidence—all while unleashing their inner ninja or superhero. This workshop emphasizes movement exploration, teamwork, and fun in a safe and supportive environment.
Ages: 5 - 12 years
Parent & Child
Move, play, and connect together. Our Parent & Child Workshop offers a fun and active bonding experience where parents and children explore movement, balance, and teamwork through games and simple skill-building activities. This class encourages confidence, coordination, and cooperation in a supportive environment—creating meaningful moments while moving and learning side by side.
Open to all ages and abilities.
Every child must be accompanied by at least 1 parent or guardian.
