Thank you for choosing Artlete Academy for your gymnastics, acrobatics, and ninja-style training! By booking a class, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Please read them carefully before completing your booking.
1. Booking and Payment
1.1 Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. Once your booking has been made, you will receive a confirmation email or message with the details of your class.
1.2 Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of booking. Your booking will not be confirmed until payment is processed.
1.3 Pricing
The prices for all classes are available on our website. Artlete Academy reserves the right to modify prices at any time, though we will honor prices for any bookings already made.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
2.1 Cancellation Policy
Classes are non-refundable. In extreme circumstances, a class may be transferred at the discretion of Artlete, provided the request is made more than 48 hours before the class start time. Transfer requests must be submitted through our email artleteuk@gmail.com or our CONTACT form. Request made within 48 hours of the class will not be considered.
2.2 No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend a booked class without prior notice, no refund or credit will be provided.
3. Class Eligibility and Requirements
3.1 Class Placement
It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure their child is enrolled in the correct class for their age and skill level. Each class has specific prerequisites that must be met before booking. Artlete Academy reserves the right to move or remove students from classes that do not meet the skill level requirements.
3.2 Medical Information
It is the responsibility of parents/guardians to ensure that all medical information, including allergies, emergency contact details, and any other relevant health conditions, are accurately entered during the booking process. This information must be kept up-to-date and is required for participation.
3.3 Waivers and Consent
A completed liability waiver and photo consent form must be signed before attending any class. Students will not be allowed to participate without these forms on file.
4. Health and Safety
4.1 Informed Participation
By attending classes at Artlete Academy, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of physical activity, including injury. You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our staff and coaches.
4.2 Medical Emergencies
In case of any medical emergency during class, Artlete Academy will contact the provided emergency contacts. You are responsible for ensuring that your emergency contact information is up-to-date.
4.3 Personal Equipment
Please ensure that your child or you have the necessary gear for the class (e.g., athletic shoes, comfortable clothing, etc.). Artlete Academy will provide any specific equipment required for the class, but participants should bring any personal items like water bottles.
5. Behavior and Conduct
5.1 Coach Harassment and Violence
Artlete Academy maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, violence, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff, coaches, or fellow participants. Any such behavior will result in immediate removal from the class or event without a refund.
5.2 Right to Dismiss Participants
Coaches have the right to dismiss any participant from a class if their behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. This includes failure to follow safety guidelines or disrespectful behavior toward coaches and fellow students.
6. Photo and Video Consent
6.1 Media Consent
By booking a class, you consent to Artlete Academy taking photographs and videos during classes for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to have your or your child’s image used, please inform us before the class begins.
7. Liability and Responsibility
7.1 Limitation of Liability
Artlete Academy is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred while attending classes or workshops. Participants engage in all activities at their own risk. By booking a class, you agree to assume full responsibility for your or your child’s safety.
7.2 Personal Belongings
Artlete Academy is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings during classes.
8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
8.1 Right to Amend
Artlete Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the "Effective Date" will reflect the most recent update.
9. Governing Law
9.1 Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in England and Wales.

WORKSHOP WAIVER FORM
Waiver & Release of Liability
By enrolling in or participating in any Artlete Academy workshops, classes, or activities (online or in-person), I acknowledge and agree to the following on behalf of myself and/or my child/children.
1. Acknowledgement of Risk
I understand that participation in gymnastics, dance, and physical activities involves inherent risks, including the possibility of injury. These risks exist even when all reasonable safety precautions are taken.
2. Assumption of Responsibility
I acknowledge that participation is voluntary and undertaken at my own risk and/or at the risk of my child/children.
I agree that I will not hold Sophie Hilditch, Josh Tye, Artlete Academy, Dimensions Leisure Centre, or any associated staff, contractors, or volunteers liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of participation in Artlete Academy activities.
3. Health & Medical Fitness
I confirm that I and/or my child/children are physically fit to participate in these activities. I agree that any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or additional needs have been fully disclosed prior to participation.
4. Duty of Care
I understand that Artlete Academy and its staff will make every reasonable effort to ensure a safe and supportive environment; however, accidents and injuries may still occur.
5. Online Agreement
By submitting and completing an online booking, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to this Waiver & Release of Liability. This agreement is legally binding and applies to all current and future participation unless otherwise stated.
6. Medical Information
Please let us know of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or additional needs your child may have when attending.
